Community Partners of Southern Franklin County is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization that combines the talents and resources of area commercial, religious, educational, and other non-profit leaders to provide community outreach.

 

Community Partners of Southern Franklin County has been a catalyst for adult education, community outreach and development, as well as mentoring and development of young people across southern Franklin County.

Family & Civic Engagement Team

Serves as this team for Hamilton Local Schools by conducting a systematic assessment of student and community needs, assets, and resources in order to identify gaps, prioritize needs, mobilize the committee to work together to address these needs and build system-level capacities to do the work collaboratively.

Open Hearts Extended Hands: Middle School Mentorship Program

Mentors and middle school students learn and grow together in one-to-one relationships.

Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 PM, twice a month for the school year.

Adult Basic Literacy Education (ABLE)

 

Classes are available free of charge for all persons in the community wanting to increase skills and/or prepare for the GED test. Classes are Monday & Wednesday 1:00-3:30 at the Hamilton Local Administrative Office Building located at 775 Rathmell Road.

Christmas Assistance for Families

Offers assistance to families identified by the schools during the holiday season by providing a holiday dinner, clothing and toys for children.

Leadership Development

Provide leadership development through the Chick-fil-A Leadercast Event "BE THE ONE" as well as additional training workshops throughout the year.
