Community Partners of Southern Franklin County is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization that combines the talents and resources of area commercial, religious, educational, and other non-profit leaders to provide community outreach.
Community Partners of Southern Franklin County has been a catalyst for adult education, community outreach and development, as well as mentoring and development of young people across southern Franklin County.
Open Hearts Extended Hands: Middle School Mentorship Program

Christmas Assistance for Families

Renovate hearts and homes through a week of service throughout the community.
Family & Civic Engagement Team

Serves as this team for Hamilton Local Schools by conducting a systematic assessment of student and community needs, assets, and resources in order to identify gaps, prioritize needs, mobilize the committee to work together to address these needs and build system-level capacities to do the work collaboratively.
